PROCESSING TIME UPDATE: Our current processing time *roughly* 5-10 business days (We are making efforts to reduce this processing time significantly in the near future!)

 

Please note: this is a rough estimate and at times this timeframe may be longer than estimated if we are waiting on one of your products. Our team is always working as fast as we can to get your package to you!

We are still experiencing a large demand for our freeze dried candy, but we have been growing our team members! Our warehouse and team are always evolving as we continue to grow to make The Frozen Jazzi's as innovative, unique, and efficient as possible. Please remember, we are a small business and that we are NOT a franchise and we are always doing our best for you. We are adapting to our growth relatively well with new staff members and changes in our warehouse. We are always beyond grateful for all of the love and patience we continue to receive!
